Thank You to Conor Nash who called in to speak to our 5th year Physical Education class on Tuesday. Conor, from Navan, is currently playing professional Australian Rules Football with Hawthorn Football Club in Melbourne. Students got a great insight into the life of a professional athlete. Conor spoke about very interesting topics, such as : training plans, nutrition, burnout and injuries, social media, and much more. Thanks again to Conor and Ms Casserley for this opportunity.
