Dear Parents and Guardians,
I am writing to update you on the ongoing industrial action by members of the FÓRSA trade union at Scoil Mhuire, Trim.
Scoil Mhuire, Trim fully supports this industrial action. The issues being raised are of great importance and deserve a fair resolution. At the same time, the action inevitably impacts the day-to-day running of our school.
As a result, several normal school functions cannot take place at present. While these supports and services are limited for the duration of the strike, please be assured that the core functions of the school remain operational. Our priority, and the focus of all our efforts, is on maintaining teaching and learning for your children.
We ask for your understanding and cooperation at this time. The school office is currently closed, and we kindly request that parents and guardians contact the school only in cases of emergency by emailing info@scoilmhuiretrim.ie. For health and safety reasons we also ask that students arriving/leaving the school during the school day should follow normal procedures.
We will continue to monitor the situation carefully and keep you informed of any developments. Thank you for your support as we work to ensure continuity of tuition during this challenging period.
