Home Economics and HCT Leaving Cert students visited Marty Mill for a very informative and enjoyable tour 
This 700 year old mill is Ireland’s oldest working water mill. The students got to make brown bread , and learned the processes involved in producing wholemeal flour. Huge thank you to millers James Tallon Sr and James Tallon Jr.
