Well done to all 8 students who took part in their first badminton competition on Tuesday in Navan. There were two teams of 4. Both teams played against Loreto,Beaufort and Mercy Navan and had very successful games beating all teams on the day. One team progress to the Leisnster finals in March.

Well done to the Scoil Mhuire u16 badminton team who had a great victory in the Leinster Division 2 final
The team was made up of Longwood and Kildalkey club players and they played and defeated 3 teams to finish top of their group.
They were up against a strong Kilkenny school Colaiste Aireagail, Ballyhale.It finished 3-3 but Scoil Mhuire with a better score difference. Well done to E Saunders, R Potterton, R Weir and M Cunningham.
They now go on to play in the All Irelands at the end of March
