Congratulations to past pupils Helen Carroll and Aoife McDonnell, who were recently top of their classes in Maynooth University. Both have recently won a number of accounting academic prizes at Maynooth University. Quoting Sandra Winters in Maynooth University: “It is a testament to the Teaching Staff within your school and a tremendous achievement which you should be enormously proud of”.

Helen Carroll won the following Prizes:
- KPMG prize for the 1st place overall on the MA Accounting Programme in Maynooth University and her prize was presented at the recent 2021 Maynooth University Accountancy Showcase by Paul Vance of KPMG.
- IFS Statestreet for the 1st Place in the Thesis on the MA Accounting Programme in Maynooth University and her prize was presented by Maurice Colbert of IFS Statestreet.
Aoife won the following Prizes:
- The EY Prize for the Top Student on the 2nd Year Accounting & Finance Programme and her award was presented by EY at the recent 2021 Maynooth University Accountancy Showcase.The Grant Thornton Prize for the top 2nd Year
- Taxation Student and her award was presented by Caroline Irwin of Grant Thornton at the recent 2021 Maynooth University Accountancy Showcase .
- The CIMA Prize for the top 2nd Year Management Accounting Student and her award was presented by Claire Lambert of CIMA at the recent 2021 Maynooth University Accountancy Showcase .
